Cannot make payments using SAM, it doesn’t trigger any payment confirmation in the bank payment app, also the generated QR code cannot be recognised by banking app. Poor.

Keeps stating that my payment is unsuccessful

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this app. I’ve encountered multiple issues that make it nearly impossible to proceed with payment. No matter how many times I try, it either crashes, freezes, or simply doesn’t go through. It’s incredibly inconvenient and disappointing, especially when you’re trying to complete something important.

The app’s payment portal has issues: it does not trigger any notification to authenticate payments by locally issued Visa credit card, it cannot process payments by locally issued Mastercards, and for me it only processed payment by locally issued AMEX because AMEX uses SMS OTP which does not require me to switch to a different app. Also, the app logs out when I switch to a different app (eg email). These are serious, frustrating and disappointing bugs for an app from such a big company.

Attempted to make GST payment for incoming goods. EACH TIME I try to make payment, I would have to redirect to a different app to authenticate the payment and it will then become unsuccessful. AND THEY DONT TELL YOU IT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. Just Pending and if you do not check it, your parcel gets sent back. Absolutely TERRIBLE UI design

Takes forever to check an article even if I delete all the completed ones.

App DOES NOT WORK AT ALL for any payments. What’s the point of this app if the payment portal keeps failing and i have to make payment in person anyway?

Every month I pay moe school fees here and it’s such a pain, the app gets worse and worse. This month cannot scan the QR code(need to login twice somehow), I will have to go to a Sam kiosk - what a pain. Fix it !! Edit . Now this month MOE is not the list of education payees ?? Why ? How I am supposed to pay for school ??????
