Very poor connection

Very difficult to use, takes me 5 times to input sim info, after this step is taking photo of passport, don’t know why it can’t take photo of my passport. Finally I give up.

Very fast and easy to use

The app keeps asking for “connection to other devices on the network”, with the prompt appearing for a flash second. The phone is heated.

What does the error “invalid server error” mean and why do I keep getting it every 30s. I can’t even activate my prepaid card. Also why does your support team say my SIM code has 19 digits where as i can only input 18 digits in the box ...

I can top up for my dear from oversea... thank Singtel team!
