I gave one star because every single time I open the app you ask for a review before I’ve done a thing. What could I possibly tell you at that point!

Needs to be much more friendly, easier to navigate and log in. Would rather phone that use the online booking

I may be missing something, but this app is a pain. You have to continually re enter all your requirements to be then told it’s not available. You have just got to guess, which sites may be free, what type of pitch you require and what dates might be free, and then enter your details again and again. Why can’t the app suggest alternatives?

It is such a shame that this app is not tailored to the end user. It is possible to search but not intuitive. A couple of searches which would be good would be search an area for a specific date and search an individual site for any availability in a date range. It makes slow going having to input date site by site and keeping having to start over. Not easy to see availability at a site - so hard to select available dates other than by trial and error Also it doesn’t hold member info - so you search for a site then it needs member login and have to restart your site search.

It is painful having to enter username and password every time you open the app and ever time you move to look at sites more closely

I just started a new year of subscription and its going to be my last, as I can’t pay there silly prices for a pitch with no electric on grass at sandringham £50 a night. Are we not in a club with discounts.

It’s as if they’ve purposely design the booking system to be as irritating and time wasting as possible. Why no calendar for a site showing availability? The club should be ashamed!

App works. It’s informative and that’s all I ask!

Great app for quick info on a quick getaway love it

The club are pricing out the ordinary people with significantly higher pitch fees. It’s a club and should be run for members.
