With the Skånetrafiken app you can:

* Buy all types of tickets, including: Single, 24-hours, 30-days, Flex 10/30 and more.
* Pay with Swish, card (Mastercard or Visa), or invoice from Swedbank Pay. You can also get email receipts of your purchases.
* Find the quickest route on a map, and view the entire journey from door to door.
* Create shortcuts (favorites) on the front screen for your most common journeys.
* Receive information about ongoing disruptions affecting traffic, or journeys you have chosen to monitor.
* Log in to My Account to have your tickets protected by our lost ticket guarantee, in case you lose your phone.
* Lend your active 30-day ticket to a friend or family member (requires that you are logged in to My Account).

Horrible experience of the app and skanetrafiken

The additional route information was not translated, so I needed to screenshot and translate it into my native language to understand a word. I couldn’t understand that there was a taxi service to be ordered two hours before and lost nearly one day. Further, the driver took another passenger without checking the name. Sweden's infrastructure is horrible

Very good navigator and ticket app

Top notch navigator and ticket app. What’s missing? A function where you can share tickets if you travel in groups. Now just the person who purchases the ticket has access to it. This is quite inconvenient and I would wish there was a share functionality.

No phone activation possible

It is in English now, but the SMS for activation of ticket doesn’t come through to my German phone number. So I cannot use it for tickets…

Lacking very basic functionality

Can’t register in the app, had to go to the website in a browser. Payment setup kept freezing while I was trying to use it. I remember the old app being really good and easy to use so I’m shocked at how this seems to be in comparison.

Please localize it!

At least English, German would be 5 stars. 😏

No English version - really annoying

The app is in Swedish only. This is really bad and annoying. It should be at least in English too.

Only swedes do travel?????

What about creating a travel app that tourists could use??? No English, no danish, no German- very poor. Shame on them!

The old Version was much better

In this updated Version there is no more the option to switch the language and I can‘t buy tickets to Kopenhagen... very annoying!

Problem med biljett
