Buying tickets on line
It has taken me over 10 minutes to buy the last batch of tickets from you. I intially was trying to buy the. From the venue saw it was Skiddle, I couldn’t remember my password created a new one then logged in via the site for tickets it went into a loop where I would log in then it asked for my password. I then remembered I had the Skiddle app and had another few minutes going through the password reset routine. Not an easy purchase at all .

Really poor app, sends an email to log in but only via the mail app which I don’t use so can’t log in at all. Needs changing

Poor login flexibility
Seems to only let you login on app via mail app which I don’t use as its buggy to. Should just let you enter a password. Badly useability
