This app is incredible! I genuinely love it. It’s a thousand times better than any other app out there. I highly recommend it to anyone. The customer service is exceptionally friendly and professional. If you have any concerns, don’t waste your time on any other app. This one is the best.

The app doesn’t work correctly to the point that it literally will not function even enough to be able to successfully complete a profile let alone then even attempt to do anything else. From the very start it forces you to create an account/profile and then uses a pop up webpage screen to then complete your profile before it lets you do anything further and the app will NOT let you scroll at all and even when attempting to tap as far down as possible to hopefully move the page down that way it still doesn’t work enough to get far enough and complete enough information to successfully complete the account creation screen. Additionally every time you attempt to close the app and reopen and try again it automatically forces any log in attempt to be account creation attempts instead which results in multiple error loading attempts before finally saying you have to complete a profile to continue which then of course will not let you do

Several of us who took the 608 Universal exam a week or more ago passed but our exams are still ‘in review’. No certification granted. No response from the company so far. I DO NOT recommend using this app until you read that this has been resolved.

Please fix as soon as possible. I’m using a m3 iPad The app shuts down right after trying to login with my credentials

Please fix the bugs!! This could be such a great app but it doesn’t load consistently. I try to open it and just get a white screen, over and over again. Then after killing it and reopening it multiple times I just get a forever loading screen. I’m almost done my course…please fix! Thank you.

Because of a faulty app the site keeps crashing on me, requiring me to delete the app and reinstall. This makes the app and programs useless because I can’t even access the material.
