Trying to help my parents with their Skinny mobile account however this app won’t get past the address entry screen on my iPhone 11 but works completely fine on my partners Samsung Galaxy A33 phone. App doesn’t work on my other family members iPad 10.2 9th gen either. Both Apple devices are running the latest iOS updates. Seems like there is a problem with iOS compatibility?
If you have a skinny account you still have to sign up for jump, and when I did, it still didn’t let me log in, it says my details are wrong, but they’re not.
After downloaded new JUMP app, everything went pear shape. Prompted to sign up even you are an existing customer. Step 2 to type in 6 digits then screen returned to step 1. Now I can’t sign up as the screen said this email address is registered. Terrible!
I haven’t been able to long into this app since I got a replacement modem? Can’t use the same email account so I’ve created new accounts with the same results? Rang the skinny call service and they said to create a new account which I have done several times? What else is there to try? Don’t want to select a star but I have no choice
I had attempted Forgot Password when it wouldn’t allow me to login. After multiple failed attempts I then proceeded to get help from a Skinny Team Member. The Team Member was lovely and had been trying to help me for over an hour and even completely wiping my account twice, but it was no use! I was told at the end of it that I would receive an Email that my account was ready etc…. It has been over 2.5hrs and still no Email. I have been without internet access for 4days already which is an inconvenience as I also Work from Home. Please fix this ASAP!!!
Absolutely no option to top up. Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and just no top up option whatsoever, so when the wifi has been used it’s done and dusted for a month.
I can’t log back into my jump account and I still have $15 on there. It’s saying my details are wrong but I screenshot my details when I first jumped on.

App doesn’t work. Hasnt been working for quite a few months now. Cant log in as it says there is a problem with log in details
