If you are new to Skinny Jump to set up this app you will need to enter the broadband number from your Skinny Jump modem. To receive your Skinny Jump modem and to register for Skinny Jump you need to visit a local Jump partner before downloading this app. To find your nearest partner check out www.skinny.co.nz/jump/. The broadband number can be found at the back or underneath the Skinny Jump modem.
If you are an existing Skinny Jump customer you need to Sign Up to set up the app, your username and password can be the same as your current sign in, but these are not linked.

Just Rubbish
Absolutely rubbish app! And the customer service support is just as bad. Won’t login, won’t recognise my credentials, won’t recognise the modem! Sort it out!!!
Tech problem with the app
Can’t log in evening through I submitted the correct details in
Cant log on
Get to entering my broadband number and it just says to try again later
Useless
Bought a topup and tries to login to the app but it keeps on saying something went wrong try again later. Tried to sign up a new account for the same modem but still the same🤦🏽♀️useless!!
Skinny jump
Waited days to try login , tried logging in again this morning yet i cant even get pass step 5 . Useless apo might as well do it manually.
Won’t Recognise Address using iPhone 11
Trying to help my parents with their Skinny mobile account however this app won’t get past the address entry screen on my iPhone 11 but works completely fine on my partners Samsung Galaxy A33 phone. App doesn’t work on my other family members iPad 10.2 9th gen either. Both Apple devices are running the latest iOS updates. Seems like there is a problem with iOS compatibility?
Stuck
If you have a skinny account you still have to sign up for jump, and when I did, it still didn’t let me log in, it says my details are wrong, but they’re not.
Won’t let me log in
After downloaded new JUMP app, everything went pear shape. Prompted to sign up even you are an existing customer. Step 2 to type in 6 digits then screen returned to step 1. Now I can’t sign up as the screen said this email address is registered. Terrible!
Useless
I haven’t been able to long into this app since I got a replacement modem? Can’t use the same email account so I’ve created new accounts with the same results? Rang the skinny call service and they said to create a new account which I have done several times? What else is there to try? Don’t want to select a star but I have no choice
