They will keep charging, even after you cancel
I canceled months ago, found put that they are still charging my account. When i ask for help, they get to the part where they discover this and disconnect.

This app doesn’t show how much data I have left
For a while now I’ve had a problem with the app, for some reason the dashboard that usually shows me how much mobile data I have left no longer exists.
Doesn’t work
The app is fine when it works. But when I click on the app it just gets stuck loading the app so you have to login on a browser. Based on other reviews I see this has been a problem for a long time and still is not fixed
It’s a good app - when it works
Often the app just does a loading screen indefinitely and then times out. Closing and reopening doesn’t help. It seems like deleting the app and redownloading it does make it work but that’s ridiculous. Otherwise, it’s fine. I hope this issue is resolved soon, I know I’m not along in this experience and I’m getting frustrated that I have to log into a browser to view my info rather than rely on the app.

This app doesn’t work at all. I tried to add my skinny number in the first screen after installing the app but it says ‘Invalid number. Check format.’ Useless app if you don’t test before adding the app to app store. Please be more professional and stop wasting people’s time. Too bad I can’t give you 0 stars

Not so happy
Hi I am not that impressed with skinny lately I had to get a new card but they didn’t remind me about rolling over the new date so I didn’t have a chance to update the card and I couldn’t find a way to delete the old one. Also the coverage doesn’t seem as good as it used to be where I live so I might look at changing sometime.
