It's great that you can customize some features, but it would be even better if SkullCandy would basically let you forget about gimmicky features that you never plan to use. I will never ever, and I mean ever, use voice control. So the little audio blurb telling me that it's off is a minor waste of my time, but it also plays over the audio I actually want to hear. This is a minor inconvenience, but it just makes me roll my eyes every time I hear it. It reminds me every time that as soon as another company gets its act together and makes a set of quality, waterproof, hooked, true wireless headphones with physical buttons but without any stupid gimmicks, I'm throwing these away and deleting this app forever.
The device works properly but the app does not. Please fix the connectivity issues…
I have had this app and the skull candy crusher anc 2 for a while now and my experience with them has been great. The app could be a little more responsive and quicker between interactions but I understand that this is a different kind of issue and may not be possible. One major thing the app needs is widget options and some Lock Screen icons for apple users. For example being able to se what my Crusher level is at or even my ANC intensity, and being able to tap it and instantly open the app to change it quicker. The last thing that I think others including myself would enjoy with the app would be speaker integrations, like with the skullcandy barrel or stomp. I would like to be able to see the exact battery level or be able to turn on the bass boost on the barrel from the app. So far my experience has been delightful but these small details make the greatest impact. I know that this probably won’t be read by anyone but I just want to say that the entire skullcandy lineup of speakers and headphones has been amazing to use on my day to day commute. I would like to include my customer service has been phenomenal. When I had problems with my crusher evo’s I sent them back with the warranty and they weren’t able to replace them but instead they made it up to me by giving me more than what I paid for and I was extremely pleased and amazed with the service I received and how fast and professional the dealt with this. Thank you
This app straight up doesn’t work. The “save button settings” doesn’t save button settings and appears to be unclickable. There’s no way to turn off Spotify one touch. The app times out if you try to change hearing modes. The only thing I can do is turn on voice assistant and feel like an idiot talking to my headphones and guess what? It doesn’t even work. I can’t even turn ANC on.
Absolutely useless of a app! Every time I open it it needs to connect and it fails to connect EVERY TIME! I bought 70$ Rails and this is the experience I’m givin? FIX UR APP!
Can’t review the app because it refuses to connect to my Push Active. Doesn’t see them, yet the older app sees them fine but can’t connect it because it says not compatible. These push actives have been out a while. Skullcandy do better.
Now it’s not long that i was enjoying this bass sound but this has happened to me for the second time cause i have bought the skull candy anc 2 twice but the same problems returns the crusher bass on the headphones are not strong at first they sound really good but after some time the sound changes and instead of good music it’s bad and noisy and low on the sound may you please fix this problem for we really love the candy crusher and we want to buy more
Ive had my crusher anc 2s for about a month now, and still have not been able to use the app. Sits there and saying searching and for whatever reason it can’t find them, I’ve tried unpairing, repairing, deleting the app, hard resetting my headphones and nothing. I had evos and they worked flawlessly. I can’t even enjoy have of the features that justified me getting the anc 2s. Please release an update or something to fix this because it’s ridiculous.
Every time the ear buds disconnect for my phone all settings go back to default, mainly the touch controls. I like most of them off and in other places. Frustrating
