I just got the app and already it’s not working. The app will not connect to my headphones. It’s telling me to make sure my headphones are connected to my mobile device which they are and also to make sure that my headphones are in close proximity to my mobile device which, again, they are. My headphones are skullcandy. They are the ANC 2 headphones. My best guess is that the app only supports iOS devices up to the iOS 17 update. My iPhone is on update iOS 18.2. Maybe that’s why but it’s getting on my nerves either way.
Infinite loading screen
After connecting my Crusher ANC 2, all it does is give me an infinite loading screen and nothing else. And if I close the app and reconnect my headphones it gives me an unable to connect error, I’ve reinstalled the app 4 times and no luck. Please fix your app, I paid $200 for nothing 😕
why are these headphones not appearing on bluetooth
i have just bought the crusher and 2 just less than 3 months ago now it is not showing up on the app or on bluetooth i’ve hard rested it i’ve put it on pairing mode but it doesn’t show up on bluetooth at all yet it still works and makes noises when i click the buttons or use the plug in wire
RAIL ANC XT Right bud
I recently bought some rail ANC earbuds and out of the box they worked that’s fine but now I’m having a problem with the right earbud making a white noise sound when an active noise cancellation mode and it stopped working after the update so I would like to request an update in the appor maybe even some new of the experiences to hold me over
Fails when you need it most
When do I need to adjust the ANC intensity? When I’m on an airplane and need more noise cancellation. When does the app stop working? When you’re on an airplane with no internet access. THIS APP SHOULD WORK OFFLINE. what kind of data is it sending back, eh?

They need to update the app so I can connect my headphones
The app is not that great
Every time I turn on my headphones it pops up a notification if my headphones would like to connect to the app. It’s really annoying I can’t figure out why they won’t stay connected to the app and stop it from popping up on my screen every time I want use my headphones
No iOS 18 support
Just got these and downloaded this app. Sadly immediately disappointed when my ear buds don’t connect to the app. Do some quick troubleshooting to find out it’s because they only support up to iOS 17 at the moment. I’m hoping iOS 18 support is coming soon.

Can’t even connect headphones to app
After downloading the app for some reason you can’t connect your headphones to the app even though bluetooth is on and my headphones are connected to my phone so the app should recognize that I can connect to my crusher anc 2. I heard you need the app to adjust certain things and I can’t even do that. I’ve seen multiple people have the same issue and the problem hasn’t been fixed.
