Sky Force 2014

I recently redownload Sky Force and it brings back a lot of memories. Played this a lot back then. I didn’t complete the whole thing as a few stages I do not remember at all. You beat the first few stages, all is good, but then you reach a big hurdle. Not only does the difficulty spike after a certain point, upgrades become far too costly. The main cannon maxes out far too early and the wing cannons cost a fortune. Over ten thousand stars for one upgrade? Why? It doesn’t help that you can’t watch a video to double your stars unless you die during a stage. Why can’t I do it when I complete a stage? Furthermore, I never seem to get any cards. And the cards I do get are the same ones all over again!

Rewards are not working all the time.

Played this game on my brothers ps5 with a controller. Would love to play on my iPad with a controller as well. Wish it was supported.

It’s a pretty enough game. But my ship stays right beneath my finger. So I keep getting blown up by things I can’t see because my finger is in the way. If you visit the preferences you’ll find an option for the finger position to be offset. The game should give you the choice from the outset. But honestly it still seems kind of clunky. Sometimes the ship won’t go to the edge where it needs to go, because your finger hits the edge… leaving your ship in the middle of danger. Oh well

This game was so ahead of its time I wish there wasn’t another one. The graphics were amazing as well as the game layout. I would love to see a future game just like this by you guys.

Definitely recommend this game to those who like planes and challenges. The graphics are really great and some of the bosses hype me up. Just beware on level 5 and your straight!

To the people complaining about the freemium model. Developers have to make a living, too. Yes, I missed the days where you paid one price and had access to the whole game. But, you make the choice. Enjoy it for what you want to, and drop it after. The developers will get the message. Nice graphics and a fun game. Have to have a lot of patience if you don't want to pay. But it is want it is. I enjoyed it while it lasted.
