Ridiculously hard even on first levels. Uninstalled.

I downloaded the game for both iPhone and iPad, but there are some improvements that could be made. Firstly, it would be cool if the game supported playing in landscape mode on an iPad. It’s just not practical on anything bigger than an iPad Mini game. Even just having the game display in the centre of the screen would be a great improvement. Secondly, the game would greatly benefit from having controller support—having screen visibility blocked by your own thumb or fingers is a real issue when you reach higher level of difficulty. Most importantly, when the game loads up, progress is not shared between devices, the connection to Game Center doesn’t seem to make any difference. Fix these issues and it’s an easy five stars. Same applies to Remastered.

I just can’t get enough of it. Not many games like this one out there anymore unfortunately. Retro to it’s best!

This game and it’s sequel are brilliant. Graphically beautiful and well thought out.

Yes, I realise there is a newer version of this game, but I just love this version. The gametos keeps me coming back for more, and I really like that I can play offline. The difficulty is very challenging, but not impossible. Yes, it takes time to collect stars for the upgrades you need for higher levels, but that just gives you time to sharpen your skills. I recently managed to scrape through Level 5, so there's plenty more to do, and plenty still to go back to those lower levels for. I can see I'll be playing this for a long time....

5 🌟Grafix Sound Play-abil-ité. It ain't easy so it's addictive. Gives a sense of achievement when one nails a level. Perfect arcade classic stylee.

Very addictive, great graphics and control ability. Way better then the majority of games put there.

If your looking for a classic top down view shoot em up, this is it.

Rubbish game,i died as soon as the big ship entered the screen,impossible to avoid the shots from it,deleted straight away,shame as it looked good but its all about gameplay and this doesnt have it im afraid!!!!!

Great game. Why can’t I just buy it rather than be encouraged to get hooked and pay repeatedly to be able to keep playing? Such a waste.
