App gps for your vehicle often doesn’t work or is inaccurate. Assigns wrong drivers. Not worth using. Better to just call dispatch! Drivers too concerned with star ratings

Crashes when trying to message dispatch. Even dispatchers don’t know where their vans are when you call them. Absolutely worthless transportation company

Otha was our driver and he awesome! He met us inside the airport, drove safely and was very personable. Would highly recommend!

App doesn’t provide van location and van drivers are rarely on time. utterly worthless service!

App will not sign in. Just keeps saying time-out. Looks like an Uber for me, an another bill for my company to pay.

Buggy app that crashes every time I try to contact a dispatcher.

Can’t get rid of old flag messages. Slow. App in general is embarrassing. Drivers are great. Dispatch is often very good. This app is the downfall of it all.

After my first review over a year ago, little if anything has changed. The GPS almost never correctly shows driver locations. The call driver function doesn't always work. And the drivers say they don't get notified when I request pickup. So the app is really only good for canning dispatch and leaving reviews. Unfortunate as it is a good idea.

App crashes every time one tries to message driver and dispatch. Location of vehicle is never accurate, guessing on purpose so they aren’t bothered.

Worthless! Enter city & flight number, choose “Message Dispatch” and the app quits! Every time! Call dispatch and wait on hold for 15 minutes in Miami for another failed scheduled pickup & 30 more minutes while the dispatcher calls an Uber! This has happened multiple times!
