This is a great idea gone bad, constant log in issues, everything was my fault and my set up and it turns out to be the unit! Then where I asked for a refund it was refused and only going to offer a replacement.
Until they sort out these issues I’d avoid like the plague!
None existent customer support
The unit and app are not fit for purpose. Unfortunately the customer support don’t respond so I have been unable to find any solution to the issues I am facing.
7 out of 10 shots are missed by the unit if my swing speed is over 80mph. This is just not acceptable. So unless you are a slower speed golfer you just can’t track your shots.
Login issues
Login fails so often. This needs fixing. Takes me so long to get setup. This happens on windows and two iOS device
Centre line offset no longer works…
…you know about it but aren’t fixing it. So many bad experiences here of new update but as ever you don’t respond to your paying customers.
App just crashes
App has not worked for around one month at time of writing and no estimate can be provided on when it will be fixed (iPad Pro). This is an expensive device to receive such poor technical support. Whilst app is not working there is no offer to refund the subscription so they are effectively charging for a service they are not providing.
When it worked it was good.
Please sort this out
App continually locks up when connecting
Log in issues.
As previous reviews...log in doesn’t work..have to delete app and start again... please fix this issue... it’s ruining the SkyTrak experience

Log in is good - but if you log out and then log back in again it says username is not the same as previously used ! But if you delete the app and re-load it and input your username and password it accepts it !
Surely I shouldn’t have to delete the App every time - if I need to log out and log back in again?

App no longer opens on iPhone 11 Pro Max
When it works it is great, but for the last few weeks the app just stays stuck on the logging in screen so now I’m paying for a service I can use.
