Unbelievable, best thing I’ve used and I’m improving. I used to go to the range like most with no plan, now I’m working on shots. Great for the price can’t fault it. My only bug is you can’t use it with E6 or other courses

Known issues unsupported doesn’t work

There are known issues in the current firmware version that stops the device detecting shots with no current timeline for a fix. In the odd occasion that it does detect a shot it seems to work well. Once it stops detecting it shots you may as well put it back in the box I wasted hours at the driving range moving it backwards and forwards with no affect Support have confirmed the known issue but as they are concentrating on the mlm2 the MLM is low priority. Absolute waste of money as it simply doesn’t work Oh and to top it off I signed up to the annual subscription so that I could use coach connect which I find out via a support request has been discontinued despite it still featuring as a benefit of the premium subscription within the faq in the app. The support team are rude and unhelpful save your money and buy a garmin for the extra money - hopefully I can get a refund !!!!

Great range companion

I bought a Rapsodo earlier this year and it’s been a great addition to my practice. The app is pretty good, there’s some workflow improvements that could be made to increase the usability and efficiency but the team seem pretty responsive and open to feedback. I look forward to seeing the app continue to improve and bring more value to my practice sessions.

App update causes issues

Until I updated to the most recent app version, I would have given 5 stars. However, the latest version of the app have introduced a number of bugs. My phone goes to sleep during a practice session and/or the app crashes constantly. The previous version was much better and worked perfectly.

Pure puss

This device is pure piss as well not accept my log in details or the app downloads to fone and I. Like a dick bought two what a rip off n waste of cash

Data parse error

I can’t sign into the app, it comes up with a data parse error so I can’t sign in

Potential game changer for golf

This has potential to be an absolute game changer but it needs more games and options to make target practice. Challenges and gamification with local friends could propel this into the one to have. Close to brilliant, software needs to keep stimulating the user... Don’t stand still.

Very impressive

Very well designed app that gives you a mountain of data at both an individual shot and aggregate session / club level. Known glitch with iOS14 and iPhone12 whereby initial shot replay shows shot tracker no issue but replay after the session shows all shots flying off to the right. Support super responsive on diagnosis and hopeful for imminent app update to resolve.

R motion

Why do you not return any of my emails? I have purchased R-Motion and cannot download software or the app. Is it discontinued and if so why is it still being sold??
