SL-Journey planner and tickets Reviews
Really poor experience
I bought a 72 hours ticket and a single one. I wanted to activate the single one but I had network issues. I got an error from the app, clicked ok and went back to the activation. When the internet come back it turned out that the ticket is activated but the list with tickets didn’t refresh so I repeated the action and I activated 72 hours one by a mistake. Please fix the list refresh because it doesn’t work.
OK
Everything works very well
Super mid
No Apple Pay and no wallet widget devs don’t give a damn about making this app better
Good
No Apple Pay option, but it works well
Focus on real things
I can't remember a week without a problems with transport, maybe instead of focusing on mobile app, you could focus on reals problems. Or add a button "Refund", that one would be the most useful feature 👍🏻
Problem with payment cards
From September 2022, the problem with visa and mastercard payment from outside of Sweden in the app. When do fix you bugs?
No Wallet option
Despite being mentioned in the Store I wasn’t able to add my multi-day ticket to the Wallet. Either this option or a widget would be a really helpful here.
Quiet good app
Very comfortable and easy to use. Good alternative for physical card 😊
Avoid it
Unfortunately I’ve lost money using this app. I bought 72 hours ticket which disappeared from the app after less than 48 hours. I did not have any trace that I bought ticket in the app. No history, no confirmation email. Service desk also couldn’t help me with this issue. I had to buy another ticket, but that time I’ve chosen the plastic card ticket.
Working well, but…
The app works as intended👍 I was able to buy a ticket easily with my card, but I had to type the details because Apple Pay is not supported. QR Code worked with out any issues in busses, trains and underground stations, but I wasn’t able to find any way to add the ticket to Apple wallet to have quick access to it without a need of searching for the SL app (despite the fact that Apple wallet is supported according to the details on the Apple Store). Route planning works better than Google maps, but you have to type the names of your destinations (you can’t choose them from the map) which is difficult if you are not familiar with the city or Swedish alphabet. To sum this up - app works, but there is a great room for improvement 🙂
