Description

Slay is a simple to learn game of strategy and cunning set in medieval times. The island is divided up between the six players, and you must try to capture your enemies' land and link up your own territories to create larger and stronger ones. You begin capturing land by attacking with your peasants. Once your territories become richer you can combine peasants to make stronger and stronger people (Spearmen, Knights and then Barons) who can kill weaker enemy troops, or knock down their castles. Just be careful that you don't create too many expensive men or the territory will go bankrupt!

I play this game to relax. I also use this game as a way to shut down my ADHD brain so I can fall asleep. I love this game!

Worth every penny!

I had this on pocket pc and I don't feel bad having to buy it again. Not liking having to buy the rest of the maps but it supports a great dev. *edit* Crashes on iOS 13. Emailed the Dev who was quick to respond. No need to apologize, Murphy’s Law is a bugger. Wish I could buy you a pint, here’s to buying a couple more maps.*edit*Every bit if this game is amazing and worth every penny.

please add the ability to change which color territories you start with. some of the maps, especially the smaller ones and some of the fun shape ones are not possible to win due to the configuration of the player territories

Pretty fun boardgame-like puzzle game with lots of maps. The difficulty options have a good variety.

Been playing for years. Challenging, relaxing, evergreen. Never gets old. Not that it's necessary but purchased all content. Delighted to support this indie developer.

One of the simplest test best games

Playing it for years, Never gets old. Don’t like the sound so always play on mute, but have been playing 10+ years now.

6 stars, for a great long running game.

On mobile I’ve come to accept games come and go. In many games the content is short lived. Even if you find a game you continue to enjoy, games often disappear without warning when developers stop updating. Even expensive $50 games can disappear without a trace (I’m looking at you EA). But not Slay has been around FOREVER and is still kicking. Still just as fun. Still plenty of content. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed any mobile game as consistently and for as long as Slay. So if the Dev reads this thank you so much because that matters. Buy the game.

Love the game!

I downloaded this game when it was free and came with the entire first row, must’ve been 8 years ago (I’m 25). Since then I’ve bought the other three rows and can’t say enough how great this game is. Gone months without playing and the moment I come back I fall in love with it all over again. Such a well designed strategy game. Two things I wish they would add: 1) One more level of difficulty just for a challenge. I’d like to see an AI that is on par with a well-played human player. I’ve moved through the first two rows and outside of a handful of maps I can’t seem to get through, it doesn’t feel like a challenge any more. 2) Stats… Why can we not see how many games we’ve played, success rate, times played per map, etc. This seems like a layup that I can’t believe the developer missed. Maybe there’s something in the coding that makes this sort of thing difficult, but I would like to see it attempted. And with that, include achievements. Maybe include different themes to unlock after a certain level of achievements, games played, etc. I feel a lot can be done here. Just don’t overdo it, game is great as it is right now. Again, love the game, hope developers actually look at these things and take this feedback into consideration. - An avid Slay player & supporter
