リラックスする100音以上から選択できる。海の波の音、雨のざあざあ、動物、水、自然な音、呟いた声や楽器などと言う様々な種類である。ASMR音（自律感覚経絡応答音）の適当なコンボネーションを作るため、その音はプレミアムで、本格的に撮った。
好きな方で音を選んだり、交えたり事ができる。のんびりしながら、ランダムな音が頭を巡る。また、どんな音が来るのがコントロールすることができる。

使い方:
音が頭の辺でランダムに巡り始め、ヘッドフォンをかけながら音がどこから来るのか聞ける。アプリのスクリーンで、音が左か、右か、描いた頭を見たら確認できる。上から、下か出ている音もある。
良かったら設定で、ランダムに巡っている音をやめて、一つの方向が選べる。スワイプと音の方向が変わる。
- ワイトノイズとトントンという音がいびきや雑音などを防ぐになり、速く寝られる。新しいピンクノイズもブラウンノイズと追加した。
-プラス思考が自分の自信に増やされて、ストレスを解消されて、不安が緩和される。
- 振り返る現実のチェックで明晰夢を引き起こされる。
- バイノーラルビートと等時性の音色：こんな物は特別な周波数なので、自分の耳に少し違う音が左と右へ来る。同時に聞くと、バイノーラルビートと等時性の音色が脳波を変わられて、瞑想と睡眠時間が良くなれる。最高の結果を得るため、バイノーラルビートの音量を下げた方がいい。なので、こういうバイノールビートがほかの音と良く交われる。

Great but fix this
I love everything else about this app but this is so important, for the love of god let me close my phone and keep the sounds playing in the background. It makes it unusable when Im trying to sleep.
Could be good. But it’s not
The sounds are decent. But you need to keep the app open and your phone unlocked the whole time. Very silly.
Premium Crashes
I can’t download any of the premium sounds after paying for them. The app always crashes. Waste of money. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS!

Whenever I restore purchases, redownloading crashes
Paying doesn’t get you extra working features
I got the paying option which gives you extra perks that you have to download. At 100% of the download, the app crashes. When you reopen it, you find that the download was not saved. You need to redownload and the cycle begins again. Basically, I paid for nothing I can use. Other comments have mentioned this same problem as well. Maybe other high ratings were for the free version. Save your money and don’t be tempted by the good price.
