Sleep stages are not accurate at all
I’ve noticed that their tracking of the sleep stages is not accurate at all, started comparing it to my apple watch and it’s astonishing how different it is. Giving me “deep sleep” when I know for a fact I was in REM (I remember almost every dream) or giving me “awake” while again I was in REM. My apple watch is much more accurate, especially when it comes to REM and awake. The sounds it records works great, although the tags are more wrong than right. I mainly use the app now to record me talking in my sleep.

Spijtig genoeg is de app totaal niet accuraat. Nachten waarbij ik letterlijk uit bed en wakker geweest ben, zegt hij dat ik de gehele nacht in een diepe slaap zat.

Very nice app, tracks my sleep and gives me a report. Wakes me up whenever I want with the smart alarm and I can choose an alarm sound and also choose the volume of my alarm, which is nice when i want to wear earplugs and not sleep trough my alarm. You can also add exercise goals and take notes (ate late, alcohol, late workout, etc) to see what works for you. Thank you for making this app, I am very grateful!

Does what it needs to do. Great alternative for sleepcycle! I love the calming alarm sounds. But there could always be more small features that you can add.
