They don’t even reply to mails and I don’t know why they have put me in such situation where they have hold the others bank account after I have closed the ticket more than a week and they have not sent a confirmation or message to the remitter bank that our customer issue is resolved and unhold the account mail replies are so worst calling team says to mail it’s just they keep playing worst experience

Worst app … don’t use … i request thm to payment extension due to job less they are added more nd more charges for late payment

I have paid every month…but they didn’t increase my purchase power….the purchase power is 0 …But why?. I have paid every month due hy date itself, still it shows 0 zero.

When I’m open the app to borrow, then I have seen my purchase power is zero, I have no idea about this nd also I haven’t received any message, email from that side, since 2 month my purchase power is zero.. it’s very disappointed…

It’s taking too much time for getting loan

Using slice from past 8 years. At first that was ok. Now something they say is purchasing power. And it gets updated dynamically. Dude isn’t this a video game? In CIBIL more than a limit is entered. Thats ok. That’s a maximum limit to be considered. Learn one thing before you go on with ur business. People use lending apps when they are in bad financial position, to correct it. If u make zero purchasing power they they needed no one use ur app when they don’t need.

Wrost response

Very dissatisfied app not removing account from hold sending them remove account from hold but they not taking any action about it I cleared all my dues also they not removing from hold not aa good app to take loans from this app not giving immediate response

I’m disappointed due to that they are not borrow limit for me as I’m paying every month within time but they are not giving borrow limit
