Cancelled the subscription in July. Amount refunded and company checked that subscription is canceled. Yet I was billed again twice in Oct. Twice the amount is refunded. Twice they have checked that subscription is canceled. I have asked for them to stop billing me at all totally but it never happened at least for now. Apple store should remove this app from the platform immediately!
I have downloaded it after watching a good advert but you cannot experience ANY content without paying. No trial no nothing. I’m not gonna pay to find out if there’s anything useful behind the paywall. Bizarre expectation from the developer
I have paid for lifetime access with one time payment. They continued charging my credit card twice more. When I deleted my payment details and complained to the bank, these scammers removed my access altogether. This is a fraud company. Please DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. They’ll rip you off too. I have e-mailed them a week ago but they haven’t responded yet.
The app keeps freezing and I can’t access any content. I want a refund or I will report to Apple.
The thing which drew me to this app was the beautiful Maha mritunjay shiva chant …….but when you buy …..it’s a fraud …..it’s not even there…and when I email to ask…..they simply replied….work in progress………. How can you advertise on a beautiful mantra …..then we pay ……then say ….”oh it’s not there” it’s a work in progress…….. Until they resolve this ……I say this is a fraudulent app and advise everybody not to buy it …… Warmest regards…. A paid victim….
Quite bizarre, there’s no free trial. Why would anyone buy it without knowing what the app is about?
Great for beginners. Enjoy the sounds, but a few more mantras would be nice!
The guided meditations are perfect. Just wish there were more music options!
The timer and analytics are helpful. Could use more guided sessions, though.
The ad was cool so I tried it. There is a pay wall. I went to delete the app on that alone they gave me a week free trial. The meditations are super generic, it’s $70 a year for access. Just get them off YouTube.
