Smappee

Even after a few updates, the external devices to switch on/off plugs are unable to be scheduled correctly. They switch off unexpectedly… I’ve finally take them away…

Bought a Smappee and it only lasts 2 years and they want almost $300 to repair it. I have read many similar reviews.

This app has a lot of potential but feels like a work in progress. Various assumptions/few customizations and rough edges. For example: -Energy costs are in USD only. It’s be nice to change the currency. - The store link just assumes I’m in a random European country, no easy way to change that. The only way around I’ve found is to manually change the URL to the preferred country’s two-letter code. - Also, not all items are displayed for purchase on the store, you actually have to find a web browser and fumble around on their website to find things like additional hubs. - For some reason the Smappee Switches are viewable from the store link embedded on the app, but not on the actual site, when accessed via web browser. There are so many more frustrating inconsistencies. And the ones listed above are easy ways they could increase their revenue by making it easier for people to actually buy stuff from them! C’mon devs, get your act together!

There is no way to disable the "useful tips" notifications and badges for those. I don't want any badge for useless tips. I only want to get notifications regarding charging. 9 useless notifications so far, out of 13. I disabled notifications and rely on the BMW app which only notifies me on what matters: charging.

Smappee sensor meet exact wat hij moet doen alleen sinds 2022 geeft hij maar 5 toestellen weer ipv alle toestellen die schakelden zoals vroeger. Hierdoor had je een veel beter beeld hoeveel deze verbruikten

Bonjour, Smappee monitor mes 2 onduleurs. Mais il est impossible de savoir combien chaque onduleur a produit d’électricité sur une journée. Quand je sélectionne un onduleur le graphique montre bien la bonne consommation mais il n’est pas indiqué sa consommation totale sur sur la journée. Il y a seulement le total des deux onduleurs :-( Le développeur a corrigé le bug, un tout grand merci +++
