Not a great fan/ light Can find anyone to help. I need a replacement for the remote

The app crashes repeatedly. I am a fairly technologically competent person and this is possibly the worst app I’ve ever used. The developer link doesn’t work. The included literature is unhelpful. I’ve deleted/re-downloaded a few times and cannot even pair the lights to make them work. I will be returning on Amazon and writing a review there as well.

This app is horrible. It does not work as advertised. There is no way to interface with the fan I bought.

Why is the app in Chinese only? This app doesn’t work with me fan. Ugh!

My 4 outdoor spotlights have a mind of their own. Blinking and changing colors after set. The manual is only available in Chinese. So ridiculous! This company is a bunch of thieves taking peoples money for junk.

I got a set of 4 lights for the yard. I was able to set up 2 of them. The third one is not setting up. And I can’t find any instructions on how to set up all of them together.

Why on earth is it coming up in Chinese or Japanese . How do you expect to read it and when I try to create an account it says I already have one . I bought these light and I can’t even use them to change the settings it constantly blinks colors . Worst app ever and company . You need a college education to figure this nonsense out

Needs a lot of work, company apparently abandoned the product fixes! Warned!
