Jamás pude conectar la lámpara, se quedó en rojo. Pésima.

Compré 3 pares de lámparas led para exterior y no las puedo conectar vía Bluetooth

Compre 3 Par Leds hace 15 días, hoy entré a la app y no me dejó manejar las luces, la eliminé , volví a instalar para ver si solucionaba el problema y ahora no me aparecen mis luces ni me permite agregarlas.

Con las instrucciones q vienen no eh podido enlazar mis ventiladores

Terrible app

Two obvious problems 1. The slide control for light color functions backwards. 2. Fan on, and off are nonfunctional

I can not get the app to connect to device… horrible

App it's horrible. I feel like they tried to make it look like a perk for buying their device.

Very frustrating. App options will not respond. Worthless customer service. This is for the ceiling fan/light. Nice looking unit but again worthless with nothing working on it. I only rated 1 star but would give much less if it was an option.

Bought 2 ceiling light fans with remote and bluetooth capable. Downloaded the app according to instructions on small card included in packages. nothing works. App does not link to the product at all. Paid good money for this feature but didn’t get what was promised.
