This would have been five stars if there was more free songs, and more in general in this app. I am a beginner, but some on the “level 1” music is still hard for me. Please try to fix these things.

I recently upgraded to iPhone 15 and upgraded our iPad that both use USB-C connector. I bought a mini HD connecting cable to USB-C connector for the phone and iPad and the piano will not recognize either device. Very frustrating to spend so much on a piano and spend so much money on downloading sheet music to not be able to use it within the app. Please fix this issue so that I can use my very expensive piano again.
I set up an account and try to login but either get wrong password or account does exist. I tried a couple of times. Very frustrating
Got the app after the piano came in and it’s terrible, it wouldn’t let me register or create an account! Kept telling me I was having server issues 🤦🏻♀️ yet I was able to scroll through insta and other things that REQUIRE SERVICE! The only the that refuses to work, I installed and uninstalled, I restarted and shut off my phone. Allllll things that was completely unnecessary cuz it wasn’t my phone it was the stupid app!.
If you’re buying this piano and plan to use the app with an iPad/tablet, BEWARE!! App is glitchy and while it initially worked fine, piano no longer connects to the iPad/app. Took us 2 months to get a replacement cable which still didn’t solve the problem. Customer service is awful and there is very little social media presence which is a red flag. Just get a regular piano because that’s the only way we can use this “smart” piano.
Took me forever to get the dang lights to turn on, frustrating navigating buttons on the app - super slow to respond. In the sheet music, I have the light turned “on” - I’m all connected to Bluetooth and it still won’t work. Need to exit, go back to settings and turn Bluetooth on and off to get it to connect again. Super frustrating for kid and parents.
What do I need to type in to sign up? I’ve tried a password and an email but that didn’t work. What is “the correct info”?

I don’t even know how to sign up to use the app. I have two lines to type on but nothing says what to put where. This blows.
Just bought a piano from them and I tried making an account. It won’t let me, saying it’s not the right format. Bought the piano because of app integration to teach my young one how to play. Both iOS and Android app won’t work. Now stuck with a just a regular piano. Not really a smart piano and beats the purpose of buying this piano. Hopefully they update the app but like some people have said, good luck since they rarely do.
