Won’t let me make an account
Just bought a piano from them and I tried making an account. It won’t let me, saying it’s not the right format. Bought the piano because of app integration to teach my young one how to play. Both iOS and Android app won’t work. Now stuck with a just a regular piano. Not really a smart piano and beats the purpose of buying this piano. Hopefully they update the app but like some people have said, good luck since they rarely do.

I would have given this app 5 stars if it was still working! I bought this a couple of years back and since I’ve been moving around the last couple of years I’m just now settled enough that I plugged the thing back in to start practicing again like I used to with this app. But oh! To my surprise! I can’t even log in! I’ve sunk money into a lot of songs in this app also and it just seems like I got one over on me. I even tried to update my password twice! Now it keeps telling me I can’t login because it’s not the right format! This is ridiculous and I would love if this were to get fixed!

I would give it half a star but that is impossible. I trued to log in at least 100 times and it said username already used I also did random letters like 100 O’s and just random letters nothing works if someone can help me please do nothing is working and I’m about to kill my phone because I’m so mad at this app.
Amazing!
I love this app so so much, it helps me play piano a lot! I feel better about playing piano now, like I can play complicated songs now! I definitely would suggest this app!
