Problem with moving curser while in the web browser
I haven’t been able to move my cursor while in the web browser of my Samsung tv with neither the arrows of the touch pad.Aside from that it’s an overall good experience.

And still was charged. It basically is useless as a mirroring app don’t download it
Volume
It’s a great app with the exception of being able to control the volume. I’ve looked everywhere on the app to find how to turn up or down the volume and I cannot find it. I asked my husband to look too incase I just missing it. I don’t think there’s volume control.
Bait and switch
No part of this “free” remote works without a credit card!
