Dark practice

I didn’t choose to purchase any subscription and I was on the free trial but it kept on insisting on giving me the 3 days free trials before I could use the remote, after installing the app, it gives me a successful purchase message

No way to cancel subscription

There is absolutely no way to cancel my subscription. I didn’t even use the app. And when I looked for the option to cancel, there wasn’t one.

Not easy to setup

Keeps saying I should connect my device and tv to the same network but they are already connected

Please refund the money taken

Your remote doesnt work, ended up downloading another one which is working now. You offered 3days trial but you took my money.

Too expensive I’d rather continue using my old remote and change batteries than to pay so much money just for a remote

If you’re paying 80$ a year for a TV remote then this is the app for you. If you want to pay weekly for your remote then this is the app for you. If you want an actually good application then this ain’t the app for you Really deserves a 0 star rating

SCAM!!!

I subscribed for the 3 day trial and was charged a fairly large sim of money instantly. Proceeded to cancel subscription immediately. Almost guarantee that the app owners or Apple will claim some fine print I didn’t read, but the app clearly states “You will not be charged for the first 3 days”. Developers, explain.

Absolute rubbish

They want to charge you R150 a week for a digital remote control…..
