In daily units it shows complete units amd to calculate u have to subtract. While it should simply show how many units are made on that day.

The manufacturer and people marketing their products need to review the app. Not only the product but app is also a big disappointment. The app needs immediate updation as it doesn’t sink with the system. It should also show complete history along with usage of Govt electricity.

The app doesn’t show the production of electricty from the plant. Still don’t know what’s the reason for making this app. Doesnt display previous data

There is one drawback, which I have noticed in the app. If I want to get an update of the data of one year back, it is not available. If we could get some feedback and previous data history of a year back, also it would be fantastic. So that comparison could be made as regards the consumption and utilisation.

Real time data not showing after connecting to wifi but on local monitoring data show with blutooth connection

I just update my application with latest version and i am unable to fetch details of my daily generation and everything app is not working after update.

I had been trying to reset my password but its not working. I tried from app but its showing some error. No customer support any where for assistance really disappointed.

Our plant is in india we are trying to set time zone but it is only showing china timezone and also country update is also not working. Please fix this.

This app doesn’t configure with phones that use Jio network.
