It Knows Nothing
I’ve had Smartify for about a month now and of the 45 or so items I have scanned, it has no information at all on any of them, yet I was able to do a search online myself and find out what most of them were. I’m deleting the app.
Joy of art
So amazing to be able to identify paintings that give such joy
Not feed back
After 2 hours trying, opening and account, paying for audio tours I have nothing and nobody help with results
Terrible
This app could not recognize any artwork or signatures.

Unable to scan. Unable to download a picture to fine information on it.
Scanning photo
Having no success no matter what I do
Less than expected
I just tried to identify a Basquiat, and this app could not ID it.
Waste of time
If you’re trying to identify art you own this will not work. Tried multiple pieces. One I found on Google myself. Worth almost $300. Yet they don’t know what it is. What a joke.
Who knows where the audio tour is
Finding the app less than intuitive.
