This app doesn’t work for me (on both iPhone and iPad). It seems from other comments it hasn’t worked for other. I suggest the developer either update it so it works or remove it as it reflects poorly on Buffalo Inc.

The app doesn't work on the iPhone6/iOS9, it just crashes as soon as it's opened

Never once been able to use this app, crashes every time you open it...

The app shuts down by itself a few seconds after opening when using IOS 8.

Used t find nas now does not. Don't update be warned.

This app works well on the iPad (not iPhone), https works fine and it's selected files are accessible via the correct login from any where in the world. You have the option of setting your own domain name or through the supported buffalo device you can very simply setup a buffalo domain. Please note your router must support upnp to make the setup automated, otherwise some port forwarding knowledge and fire wall rules (if u have a firewall) must be used to get this working through Nat. The iPhone (ios 5.1) only works with http, https fails when connecting. I will not use a device to connect to my network with ought https, I'd suggest u do the same.

Can't rate it properly as the app hangs

iPhoneのストレージを空けるためにNASを購入しこのアプリを利用しましたがiPhoneと接続する事が出来ないこのアプリでいう設定ナビでエラーが発生する、ブッファローの相談室に問い合わせても対象を紹介してもらったが全てダメ。 PCへの接続は出来ますが他のネットワークからの接続はiPhoneと同じくエラーになります。 結局iPhoneと接続出来ないのでNASも全く使用してない状態、NASの評価は高いがアプリの評価は低くい。購入前に商品の評価だけでく、接続方法や使用しなければならないアプリやアプリの評価も調べないとダメだと勉強になりました。

自分は普通に使えました(iPad mini 4/iPadOS 15.7.3)
