As far as internet plan very high white other company give £5 plan with 10GB data.Network very slow even smarts apps is not up to date. really disappointed.
Your update removed access. Wasted my time requesting password reset. Then found that App update available to revert to a non-beta version. Why are you wasting my time?
Reported the app problem via their forum & now see it has been fixed. Lost 1 * though for the abruptness of their reply - no ‘thanks for reporting this, we’re aware of the problem’, just a ‘we’re aware of it’.
Just had an update on this app but now having numerous problems logging in and getting locked out of the account, if this continues I’m looking elsewhere.

Can’t even log in to this version , the signal over the last couple of days has been bad no 5G and 4g is at 1 bar
Signed up Dec 2024. All working although only 3Mb/s. A week later the iOS app needs update, duly performed. Now I cannot log in on the app, the system telling me that either the password or username is invalid but doesn’t say which. Using iOS Face ID to complete the login and was working so not a typing error. This is really poor and definitely not good enough. Thinking of going back to cable or fibre.
Since the update today I am no longer able to log in! 😡😡😡
