Tried multiple times to pay through Apple Pay said couldn’t process. Then I tried paying through card and every time it says invalid card number, guess it doesn’t accept international cards. Finally had to choose cash on delivery. You guys need to sort out ur payment mode issues

اشتريت من مطعم توصيل للفندق وظليت انتظر تقريبا ساعتين وبعدها ارسلت للدعم .. قال الدعم وصل السائق ولا استطاع الاتصال بك لانه جوالي دولي .. قلت كنسل الطلب وكنسله الدعم الفني .. طلعت الحالة الطلب في التطبيق تم التوصيل وبعدها كلما اكلم الدعم الفني يرفعو شكوى ولا يوصلني شي .. الان ٣ شكاوي ولا حس ولا خبر
order delay as always.. i am in al nahda dubai and always i get my order delivered within 1 and half hr and cold dried poor service 💔
Your app is too complicated to use. Why don’t you have a video that explains how it works?!! Each time I go to the buy1 get1 to order food, I expect to land on the restaurant page after I get the voucher. I don’t know how to even contact the restaurant!!! And navigation through the app is another story to tell. I have you two stars because I like the idea but I don’t know how to benefit from it and I regret I paid for a 3-month subscription. Plz make it simpler and put videos that explain how we can make use of every feature if you want us to renew subscription.
