Given the ubiquity of Smolov information on the internet, I thought it would be super easy to find a good app for the program. I was wrong… Other Smolov apps have god awful UIs that make it easier to just use spreadsheets. This is the first one I’ve found that doesn’t trip all over itself. It’s clean, simple, and user-friendly. I like that the switching weeks are more open-ended than others out there, and by making them as such, the developer reduced the amount of input needed. Powerlifters don’t always know their power clean max, after all… Well done!

Download the free version, it is far more in depth and gives you accessory lifts to accompany with the program. This is a rip off version that I paid for that’s lacking what a free app has. Hacks

I really like this App and it really improved my squat. One thing I would like to point out is that on the Switching Phase it says Week 7-8, but when you click on it, it says Week 6 and Week 7. Same thing is going on with the Intense Cycle.
