Hi app won’t open on my iPhone. Updates are up to date, have removed and won’t download though still listed on my apps on App Store. Wrote to your support link (from here) 4 weeks ago and no reply. Please assist

Love Smooth FM
Update has broken CarPlay integration
One of the latest updates now requires you to open the ‘Nova’ app on the phone when plugged into CarPlay. The point of CarPlay is not to touch your phone while driving and this update has made using the app dangerous

Online app is a very unpleasant customer experience. Poorly designed, gross invasion of privacy, poor layout, very annoying.

Not working
I’d love to give you guys 5 stars but this is not working on my phone i try to log in and goes to a white screen and I’ve updated my phone please fix your app at least I can listen to smooth via your website
Not useful when you have the volume up and down
When you put the volume down all the way it stops the player. The player can’t start unless the volume is up. You can’t raise the volume when the player is not playing. So have to kill the program and start again

I have listened from the beginning of Smooth and it is still my go to, relax, drive and walk station thanks SmoothFM
