Went to charge car for first time, didn’t expect to get ripped off. It kept on saying that payment had failed, so tried 3 times, and later realised that it has taken my money 3 times. My the app show no record of my using it or receipts for the payments which I need as company car. I now need to figure out how to get my money back. Will not use again.

Don’t bother with this app. It is horrendous. Way too complicated. Shows zero charging points whatever criteria you input. Stick to Zapmap.

Downloaded, created an account then just stuck on the ‘let’s plug in screen’. Rubbish in every way, these things should just work.

Another problematic day for me with Smoov. App is a total crap, loading forever, sometimes even not loading at all! Customer service not able to help either! I wish there was other option where I live! Avoid as much as possible!

This is the worse app I ever use, most the time doesn’t work, service down, one time I have to leave my charging cable locked to the station because the service was down, I could not remove it, and take the all for another driver to come and drop it at mine who is not a staff. Takes money even if they are aware that their service is down, not reliable at all and when you call, all the staffs can do is “I am sorry “

Every time you use a charge point they take £20 from your account. I was not sure how to use it and after three attempts they took £60 and still I hadn’t charged the vehicle. It take 3/5 days to refund your money, you cannot ring them. It seems that you have to pay £20 to get a £6 charge and you won’t see that £14 balance until it’s refunded several days later. It’s not held as credit against a future charge of your vehicle. So each time you charge having credited a minimum of £20 they hold the unused balance for several days. Why?

Impossible to start a charge. Slow.

How can an app be so slow, crashy and useless? One star is more than it deserves. Repeated crashes, painful registration process (I just want to charge my car!!), and extremely slow to do anything. I gave up after about 30 mins of trying to get it to work.
