Its fraud company , the courier stolen my money , i gave him the big money as i dont have change and then he disappeared and i kept calling him he didnt answer and i sent him on WhatsApp that I will call the police he said ok call no problem I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!! شركة نصب تبع الديليفري سرقلي فلوسي قلي انو ما معاه شبكة و و فقط كاش اعطيته مبلغ كبير لانه ما عندي فكة ، اخذ المبلغ و هرب و قلتلو عالواتساب راح اتصل عالشرطة اذا ما رجعتلي فلوسي، قلي اتصل عادي!!!!!!!!!

App crashes after a second you open it

I downloaded the application. I entered my mobile number in the UAE. It supposed to send me an SMS but I never received any message. I tried my other mobile number with no success. Bad application I expect to receive a shipment from Turkey in 2 weeks. I hope I will receive it on time. Will wait and see but if their services are like their application, I will indeed be in trouble

Can't get verification sms, so app totally does not work for me

To much bad experience. Call centre is so rude and if I want reach my courier to I cheek my order it’s impossible 🤦🤦🤦🤦

Worst app and worst service ever !! …my courier was suppose to be delivered 2 days back and they haven’t delivered it yet ! ….when the person who sent the courier to me tried contacting them , they was so rude with her !! The worst courier service ever !!

The application fails on the 1st step - 4-digit OTP code that you are supposed to receive via SMS, it never arrives. Also, you cannot even change your address on their website because the map is not allowing you to place the location pin.
