The app is crashing and not working

After I installed it it just doesn’t open

They are very late in delivering shipments, bad experience👎👎

The app is useless only tracking, you cant manage the shipment or choose the branch manually.. a lot of bugs

When I go in the app it just leaves and doesn’t work well there needs to be an update in this it’s a very big situation bug.

In the first day the app was working fine but later it crashes every time I use it. It’s useless. I have to use the website which is better than the app

My passport delivery was delayed and I had to reschedule my flight and pay hefty fees. Moreover, SMSA never contacted me to deliver it nor to get my address. I have to chase them and give them the address. Also, it says on the status “future delivery requested by customer” although no one contacted me and I did not request to reschedule the delivery!!!! Now I’m gonna wait even more and I’ll be super later for my work trip.. do not recommend this crappy shipment company to anyone!!!!
