I can’t even press the create account button……

I got the app trying to see if it could help me with homework but was met with a phone confirmation, Normally I would be fine with that but it’s the fact that they have to CALL you, they should really look into getting a text button instead cause it’s not like a bank or something. I don’t really want anyone calling me like 👎

When u update ur app why u forced people for updating its our choice we want update or not I think it’s ur bossy behaviour I sue u sure .

I stopped seeing any updates after a little while. Resetting my child’s account was of no help. Can’t create a new account too as no option is available. Have tried submitting support ticket but no response.

I am not able to open pdf file

This is the worst app release ever. This app doesn’t work and gives silly message. Support team is very bad and says they don’t know anything. No professionalism and thought for consumer. If the latest version is unusable for ios devices then why did you release it. Also no testing done nothing. Also after realising the app is not working they don’t know how to rollback the app. What a crap!!

This is such a bad app that I am shocked that how school are using it and why not they have rejected this ? Problem with IOS devices are most and most of the time app does not open ans stuck when click on notification. Most of the time all notifications get vanished on IOS devices. Always you have to refresh or kill the app to see the notification. Poor UI/UX. I would have given negative stars if there was any option like that.

I am using this app from last 2 years but no new updates, no new settings its seems like we are using a boring app. It needs be interesting & more easier for iOS users.
