اتمنى لو استطيع التحكم بتغير الحساب الرئيس إلى جاري والعكس صحيح بدون اللجوء إلى الفرع شخصيا او هاتفيا وايضا لو ان حساب الاستثمار مدمج بدل فتح برنامج اخر خاص بالاستثمار
Update= worse
Why do I need to share my location while using a banking app? This banking app is seriously going downhill. The more updated they publish, the worst it gets, interface, visuals, you name it.

This app is trash and keep crashing it’s useless
Very confusing & unfriendly
The app ask for update but does not give The option! Every time it’s the same message, ‘new updates’
Unfriendly user experience
The layout and colors are unpleasant Accessibility to information is complex and for statement until now i dont know how if even existed. (6 years client) huge down grade from the previous ncb app
Bad customer experience
I’ve been a customer with this bank since 2008, and I can safely say that this bank is one of the worst banks I’ve dealt with. Banks are know to be very slow to adopt new changes in the tech world, but the Ahli bank has been particularly slow. Their app has been buggy as hell and not user friendly in addition to other issues with customer service. I’ve finally had it with them and will be switching banks.
