Very slow and outdated
I do not understand why the largest bank in the kingdom and they are not investing in their first point of contact with their customers? I think the reason is they focus on companies rather than individuals. The app is slow and the interface seems vey outdated. To The developers please look at the digital banks around the world and their apps and how they work and what they offer… for example check Monzo in the UK. And many other… if you want a better user experience you have to catch up with the rest otherwise you gonna fall behind.
