Plan a journey:
- Find the best route to your destination, anywhere in France
- Find all your favorite modes of transport: public transport in Paris and Ile-de-France (IDFM network) and in 29 cities throughout France (metro, bus, streetcar, RER, Transilien SNCF, RATP), trains (TER, Intercités, TGV INOUI, OUIGO Grande Vitesse and Train Classique, TGV Lyria, Eurostar (ex-Thalys), DB SNCF...), coaches (Flixbus, Blablacar Bus) and carpooling (Blablacar).

The best app I’ve used

Whoever designed this app is a smart cookie. Easy to use, responsive and quick to book my trip with lots of options provided. Make sure to use this app for train travel in France.

Travelling to France - get this app.

If your going to France, you should definitely get this app. Makes train travel a breeze. Look up schedules and book your seats all in a very well organized app. Makes it a breeze to travel France by train! 👌🏼

Too easy

App was easy to use from the beginning. Also our native language is English and the app automatically started in English, along with everything within it, to smart thank you

Terrible experience with apple wallet

There’s a huge qeue of people at Nice Ville station right now, and every second person can’t get their tickets to work. Something is going very wrong with the interaction with apple wallet, and there’s nobody at the station there to help. Terrible terrible experience, it works sometimes doesn’t work others. I had to buy a paper ticket just to get through the gates despite buying tickets through the app already. Literally people blocking the gates unable to figure it out, every second person stuck. Get your act together SNCF

Can’t find station facilities

Want to find your station’s facilities? It’s impossible in this app unless you’ve already bought the ticket. That’s not good thinking; you should be able to check whether there’s a ticket machine or a locker before you make the booking! Also, it’s unable to add seat reservations made through interrail so that you can display your barcode through the app

English is Excellent

This application is excellent. As an english speaker with very little French I was able to use this application effortlessly. It is very good on the iPhone and will add tickets to your wallet. It also displays reminders of upcoming trips and platform allocations. I am very happy with it. Several websites recommend against SNCF saying that the payment system is problematic, but I have not found this to be the case. SNCF applications are excellent.

Poor Service and Terrible App : Help Section Useless

I should have given this app -5 stars since it doesn’t work . Just spent 5 hours trying to book and pay for TGV tickets and I can’t pay via their secure payment system . Over 30 years dealing with the SNCF and service rates at a very poor level . Help section has no one online for their messaging system just generic answers . SNCF have always held their customers in contempt because it’s a monopoly with no competition. So standards remain very low . Very disappointed (again) Bruce
