Snipd | AI Podcast Player

It looks like my snpd has been hacked. Click the usual green button and the transcript you get is adverts. Am I the only one? Tried clicking for support but it just goes to a website advertising Snpd and trying to get you to d/l it. No support options given so had to post here.

11 pounds a month to listen to podcasts that are available for free? Just for the functionality of highlighting and taking notes? Brace yourselves it’s not long when YouTube , Spotify and Apple add this to their customers for free.

Recent update 👎 Please bring back : 1. Key Takeaways format - it's so much easier to read and digest quickly compared to blocks of text 2. The ability to play back snips easily with focus on the audio clip and automatic play-next, this is much easier to use, as a podcast/ audio app and being able to listen to snips from an episode Hands Free is the way to go IMO, thanks!

Honestly Snipd is a game changer for me. I listen to a lot of business and health podcasts and snipd lets me highlight key points with ease and then sends weekly email summaries! I also integrate it with Readwise so now I get refreshed on highlighted segments from both books and podcasts. The customer service is amazing as well. I spoke with Gina who sorted out an issue I had so quickly and seamlessly and I’m really grateful for that. I’ve already been recommending the app to friends and will continue to. Keep up the great (and innovative) work!

The transcript sync of every audio does not fit at all because of the ‘dynamic advertisement’. This is really annoying. The only reason I chose this podcast is because of the AI transcript, but there's no reason to use this app because it doesn't fit. What a waste of money.
