3. More autonomy: I manage my bank accounts easily. I access my accounts and my operations history, I check my loan status, I make transfers freely… and many more services!
MY SPACES
The mobile application provides me with two browsing spaces:
- A public space: I can access it without authentication and use a set of convenient services (geolocation of a Société Générale agency, viewing useful contacts…)
- My secured area: I simply activate my account to securely access it and benefit from all features related to my bank account management. I can view my accounts and cards, make transfer, send money to my relatives…
MY SERVICES
The mobile application offers me several services:
- Quick and secured connection to my accounts with Touch ID or Face ID,
- Check the balance and history of my accounts, cards and loans,
- Make transfers between my own accounts or to third part beneficiaries in Morocco,
- Recharge my prepaid cards,
- Make a cash provision from my phone, that a beneficiary (a Société Générale customer or non-customer) can withdraw card-free from any Société Générale ATM in Morocco,
- Pay my water and electricity bills and my phone recharges,
- Download my Basic Bank Account Number (BBAN) and bank statements,
- Order a checkbook.

À chaque connexion bug et problème. Je n’arrive jamais à me connecter. C’est quoi ces applications de zeft. 2 applications et aucune ne marche. Dite moi comment faire si je suis loin et je n’arrive pas à me déplacer et que je dois absolument faire des opérations ? Réveillez vous enfin ! ici ou ailleurs avec mon application Fortis je me connecte à moins d’une seconde et je fais tout se que j’ai besoin de faire. Sa m’énerve.

Points à améliorer
Salam Merci d’avoir développer cette app, mais il manque tout de même quelques points; comme le material design et aussi l’ergonomie de l’application et la déconnexion en intermittence et aussi plusieurs bug, quand on veut transférer l’argent soit le week-end soit en semaine, et aussi les rubriques et les différents comptes comme les autres applications des autres banques, comme CFG ou ATTIJARI ou CIH ou BMCE et aussi pensez à rajouter l’empreinte Merci
