The mobile application provides me with two browsing spaces:
- A public space: I can access it without authentication and use a set of convenient services (geolocation of a Société Générale agency, viewing useful contacts…)
- My secured area: I simply activate my account to securely access it and benefit from all features related to my bank account management. I can view my accounts and cards, make transfer, send money to my relatives…
MY SERVICES
The mobile application offers me several services:
- Quick and secured connection to my accounts with Touch ID or Face ID,
- Check the balance and history of my accounts, cards and loans,
- Make transfers between my own accounts or to third part beneficiaries in Morocco,
- Recharge my prepaid cards,
- Make a cash provision from my phone, that a beneficiary (a Société Générale customer or non-customer) can withdraw card-free from any Société Générale ATM in Morocco,
- Pay my water and electricity bills and my phone recharges,
- Download my Basic Bank Account Number (BBAN) and bank statements,
- Order a checkbook.

Bonjour, Cette application ne fonctionne pas pour les clients qui réside au Canada ? On arrive pas à rentrer un numéro canadien pour qu’elle fonctionne. Depuis la mise à jour de l’application. Je ne peux plus consulter mon compte ? Aidez- nous à résoudre ce problème! Merci d’avance Bonne journée!
Je ne reçois pas de sms
Quand j’ai installé la mise a jour, et j’ai fait la souscription je ne reçois aucun sms Merci de fixer ce problème on a besoin de cette application
Le programme ne s'exécute pas
Le programme ne s'exécute pas après la mise à jour. Je ne peux pas accéder aux données ???
Mise à jour catastrophique
Depuis la dernière mise à jour, l’application ne marche presque plus. Messages d’erreur 9 fois/10. Serveur indisponible. Me dit que je suis hors ligne alors que c’est faux (wifi 500 mégas!) Impossible de payer mes factures. Tentative de faire une réclamation sur l’application: elle s’est fermée de façon intempestive! Ce qui ne m’étonne pas. Comment je fais maintenant pour payer mes factures? Quelqu’un de l’équipe des développeurs va-t-il prendre la peine de répondre?
Pas à la hauteur
Le service virement et transfert, rechargement de carte bancaire n’est pas opérationnel et ce depuis un bon bout de temps !! C’est hallucinant !
App nulle
Ça sert a rien sauf a consulter le solde !!!!!
Nul
Vraiment un service nul pour des frais de 400dh/an et service technique n’est même pas capable de résoudre un souci afin d’envoyer un code par sms en Amérique du Nord je la recommande même pas ni l’application ni la banque.
Marche pas
A part la consultation du solde l’appli est san utilité. Les transferts par exemple ne marche pas!

Inutile comme application, ne marche presque jamais.
