Pathetic Experience at Account opening level
I generally refrain from writing bad reviews on forums. However in case of SoFi, a self proclaimed online security account opening platform has failed to meet expectations. An Indian Counterpart of similar nature of services “Zerodha” is much more advanced. Its been almost 2 weeks since i have completed opening formalities also paid contribution, I am awaiting activation of account. Very poor initial experience. The staff are not yet contacting me, even after my emails.
