Solar edge customer service is so bad, They do not answer their phones . I have installed 153Kwh system and two off the panels have not produce and power since last July 2021 and I have not been able to get any help from them at all. Thanks Jim

It has been so many years since Tesla made it possible to adjust battery reserve in app. Why must we keep suffering?

I installed my own system. This app lets me see production regularly and ensure my investment is performing. I use it several times a week. My only request is the ability to download hourly production figures.

Terrible customer service: very polite over the phone but absolutely useless. I kept calling them reporting the same problem for many months but they could not visit and fix. For money they charge for installation (highly overpriced) they should be better with their service to support their equipment. Not happy at all!!

I have my system installed almost 2 years ago and it never worked. I already install the app and other similar apps and it doesn’t show me my system. My installed went bankrupt and never replay back. I’m so frustrated, please help me

My system consists of the Solar Edge Inverter, Backup Unit, EV charger and 2 LG batteries. I updated the firmware in the inverter and the charger on abou 11/04/22 and now the icon for the EV charger has disappeared. You can no longer tell how electricity is flowing to the car and to the home separately.

Half of the time that is the status you get. The web app can connect with their servers; just this app has difficulty

App is pretty good. Biggest complaint: When my system went offline completely and was not producing, no alert or notification was sent. This would be a great feature because the app isn’t something I open every day. It would be very helpful to know immediately that an issue may exist.
