App is frozen on the date of September the 12th

The ability to see power use in real-time is truly the best

No longer able to see power export data which is frustrating. Tried contacting solar edge but no response.

It's great watching our consumption. However a bit geeky. No doubt we'll grow out if it, but the stats will be recorded for us to evaluate late.

Very good, rapid status screen updates mean you can see what's happening almost real time.

Solar edge customer service is so bad, They do not answer their phones . I have installed 153Kwh system and two off the panels have not produce and power since last July 2021 and I have not been able to get any help from them at all. Thanks Jim

It has been so many years since Tesla made it possible to adjust battery reserve in app. Why must we keep suffering?

I installed my own system. This app lets me see production regularly and ensure my investment is performing. I use it several times a week. My only request is the ability to download hourly production figures.

Terrible customer service: very polite over the phone but absolutely useless. I kept calling them reporting the same problem for many months but they could not visit and fix. For money they charge for installation (highly overpriced) they should be better with their service to support their equipment. Not happy at all!!

I have my system installed almost 2 years ago and it never worked. I already install the app and other similar apps and it doesn’t show me my system. My installed went bankrupt and never replay back. I’m so frustrated, please help me
