This lock as you can see in this video will not unlock if the battery is low or dead. You can’t get an external back up battery block or spare power or plug into electricity without having to wait a good amount of time you can for sure not plug it in and immediately lock unlock your bike and leave, you can use an external portable power bike unlocked so you can go home. You will be stranded 100% take a look at the video. I’m still waiting for an answer from the company about all my questions and I hear nothing. I’m so surprised they’re still selling units, as far as safety goes, you’ll have to leave your bike wherever it is hoping you have electricity to charge it all night and your bike might be there in the next day.

So what should I do

Second time going to unlock the lock… Brand new batteries. Nothing happens. The lock doesn’t beep, I can’t press the button on the lock, I can’t unlock it… The app says it’s not connected. The app says there is a new update but it won’t update. Nothing works on the app. Nothing works on the lock. I have restarted my phone and I have turned Bluetooth on and off… Great idea and this is to work fine but now nothing. I have to cut it off

The app updated three days ago after not having been updated in four years, and we got locked out of the lock— the app no longer recognized the password. We had to cut it open with bolt cutters. If you’re able, test you are able to unlock the lock before you look something up with it.

I’ve had this less than 4 months and has stopped working!

I recognize I screwed up by not storing the necessary info about my lock, but after 6 month of it working fine, I am completely locked out of the lock. I’ll have to clip it and get a new one or find a better product hopefully

This is an honest , direct review- this lock as a product is garbage; the App is garbage; the instructions are garbage; and it says that there’s an App update but your sent to open the version of the app you already have downloaded so the updated version is garbage! Stay far away from this product! It doesn’t pair, (even with brand new aaa batteries & battery cover screwed In tightly! Go with a lock of similar tech even if it costs you 10.00 bucks more, the headache trying to set this lock up with the joke they call an App is not worth trying to save 10.00 bucks!

This lock is TRASH! Now Im unable to unlock my bike. The app is not working or connecting and no its not the battery. I will be demanding a full refund plus the cost of cable cutters so I can remove the lock.

This could be better , just need some small requirement/feature updates. I would like to see more future success in this company / product. I would like to be a supporter of the app and see these changes implement because I believe they will improve UX. Here is my advice. 1 The app should only notify if the lock is broken , cut , or security breach. 2 The app should NOT notify when it connects and disconnects from Bluetooth. The user will be able to see if they are connected or disconnected by opening the app and seeing the lock in the list (connected or disconnected) indicator. What does this solve? -> user is receiving +10 notifications

Первое- автоматическая разблокировка срабатывает сразу после заблокировки, второе- при иммитации взлома (много раз нажимал на кнопку на замке) при отключенном телефоне в записях состояния нет упоминания о взломе. Прошу исправить это.
